Just forward your items to an LBC branch and they’ll collect the payment for you upon delivery. After which, LBC will deposit collected payments to your registered bank account within 3 days.

How do I send parcels from COD?
Sending a COD parcel
- You can buy a COD shipping option at a convenient post office along with one of our shipping services: Priority™, Xpresspost™, Expedited Parcel™ or Regular Parcel™.
- Specify the COD amount you want to collect.
- We collect payment from your recipient/customer and send it to you by cheque.
How long will LBC hold my package?
Important reminder: please make sure to pick up your package within 5 days, or your package might be sent back to the nearest Delivery Hub for safekeeping. Pick-up of your package after this time might be subject to additional fees.
How can I claim my money in LBC?
- When you arrive at the LBC branch, get a number and fill our the Encashment form.
- Here is a sample of the form:
- Present the accomplished forms along with your valid IDs to the teller, and wait until your remittance is processed.
- The cash will be given to you by the teller, along with a receipt.
Can someone else claim my LBC package?
Whatever it is, as long as there’s someone to receive, he/she may claim it provided that the receiver will sign as proof that the order is received. However, for pickups on stations, you might need to provide an authorization letter to your receiver and remind the receiver to bring a VALID ID when claiming.
Can I open parcel before paying COD?
In case of COD, when should I make payment? Before or After Open Box Delivery? Ans: You should always complete the payment before availing of Open box Delivery. In case you find the product is missing, damaged or completely different from what you ordered you can return the product immediately and get a refund on it.
